The Pumphouse Restaurant is justly proud of the plaudits gained for the range of gastronomic delights on offer and we believe this is matched by our wine list, comprised from products of the best wine-growing regions around the globe.

We provide wines to complement any of our dishes, to suit every discerning palate, and some just perfect for that special occasion.
If you have a particular favourite from the past or present, please contact us at least 10 days in advance and we will make every attempt to source it for you. In the unlikely event we are unsuccessful, we will offer you a comparable choice from our extensive cellar.
We offer a range of sparkling wines and champagnes. From Reims, the capital of the Champagne region comes excellent Vieuve Clicquot with vintage and rose options, and also the truly exceptional Klug champagne.
The Le Mensil sparkling Chardonnay‘s of the Grand Cru region and classic Dom Perignon offer additional celebratory options.
Our range of white wines reflects the best in wines of the world, with France, California, Italy, Germany, South Africa, Chile, South East Australia and New Zealand

All being well represented by the finest of their white wine exports, from Sauvignon Blanc to Chardonnay, Reisling, and Chablis.
Red wines are represented with equal attention to detail, with those sourced from the regions above with additional fine selections from Spain, Argentina, and the Lebanon. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Shiraz are all well sourced and presented.
Rose wines are represented too with vintage choices from France and New Zealand, complementing a wine list that is sure to excite the senses of every wine lover. Why not also indulge in an after dinner Reisling or classic Port.
